Currently, because of the recent surge in COVID cases, we are taking a brief pause from all large gatherings. K-5th graders will begin meeting again in for a live Kids’ Church experience on Saturdays @ 10am, beginning on January 9th. More info is available at jckidsonline.com
Your first visit
The safety & security of kids is first & foremost on our minds at Journey’s Crossing. Before you visit, please know that all of our JCKids team members have completed a background check, and are regularly trained on our carefully developed safety & security protocols.
When you arrive, you’ll easily find our well-labeled Kids’ Check-In Kiosk in the lobby. One of our friendly JCKids team members will be there to welcome you and your child, and check them in. We’ll ask for just a little bit of info from you to make sure that we have a way to contact you in case of emergency, and to ensure that all kids can be picked up in a safe & secure way.
A name tag will be printed for your child with a unique alphanumeric code, and you will receive a tag with that same code. After their name tag is on, your child will be led to an experience designed especially for them, based on their age & stage of development. Hope they are ready to have a lot of fun. When the worship experience is over, just arrive at your child’s room, present your tag, and we’ll match your child’s tag to yours. That’s it!
Oh, and be prepared to hear all about the incredible experience that they just had!!!
While we love the opportunity to see kids for an hour or so on Sunday, we know that is only a short stop on your child’s journey to find & follow Jesus. The journey continues all week at home & at school, and you have a huge influence over that journey! It is our privilege is to partner with you by offering excellent Sunday experiences, but also to give you simple ways to help your child Continue the Journey all week long. Each week, we release short, videos to give you ideas of simple ways to encourage your child at home. Watch the 4-minute video. Play the game. Do the experiment. Have the fun. Passing your faith in Jesus down to your kids can really be that simple!

How Check-In Works
Before Service: You can check-in your child at any available kiosk. After finding your child’s name in the database, you and your child will be given matching name tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you hold on to the matching tag.
After Service: After the service is complete, you will return to your child’s room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.
During Service: In the event that we need to contact you during the service, your child’s identification code will appear on the screen. We ask that you exit the auditorium immediately and look for a staff member or volunteer who will direct you to your child’s room.
